How is this different from Resend?

Yes — 3,000 emails per month on one sending domain, forever, no credit card. That's enough to power a real product with transactional email.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't train models on your emails. Your contacts, content, and logs are isolated to your workspace. We're GDPR-ready with data export and deletion endpoints.
Which DNS providers are supported for automatic setup?
Cloudflare is fully automated today. For other providers we give you exact records to copy-paste and verify in the dashboard. Route 53, Namecheap, and GoDaddy automation are on the roadmap.
Can I use a dedicated IP?
Yes — available as a $79/month add-on on Pro and Scale. We handle warmup and pool management automatically.
What about high-volume senders?
Scale plans and custom enterprise agreements go into the millions of emails per month. Dedicated IPs, SSO, audit logs, and SLA-backed support included.
How does pricing work above the plan limits?
Overage is billed at $0.75 per 1,000 emails on Pro and $0.50 per 1,000 on Scale — the cheapest in the category. No overage charges on the free tier; we just queue and throttle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly plans cancel instantly. No contracts, no ghost seats, no re-activation fees.
Is SushiSend open source?
The SDKs, the WordPress plugin, and several core packages are open source on GitHub. The dashboard and sending infrastructure are proprietary — but the platform is built on open standards so you can migrate out if you ever need to.
